Viddler is like youtube with the following features:

1. You can upload large video files up to 500mb
2. Timed tags that allow you to tag at a specific frame
   
3. Timed comments that allow you to comment at a specific frame
4. If you have a webcam, you can use it to record footage direct to viddler
