Freebase

Freebase is an open, shared database of the world's information developed by Metaweb Technologies. Users can create data types such as, as already been created, Person, City, Film, Book, TV Program, among (currently) 904 others. I checked my city of origin, Iligan, and added some data into it. Initial data of this city came from Wikipedia, based on its update trail. Here's a snapshot.
